I’m Sheena Kaas Mudaliar.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor, a woman of faith, and a woman of Coast Salish descent. I help people who want to go beyond managing symptoms and heal emotional wounds.

I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) to help people recover from trauma, communicate with their spouse or partner, and connect intentionally with their children.
